Dr. Aaron Miller received his MD degree from Tufts University School of Medicine where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed a general surgery residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. At Mount Sinai, he was awarded the Arthur Aufses Sr. Award as the most outstanding chief resident. He then went on to do a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Miller is currently board certified in general surgery and colon and rectal surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgery. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed papers on a variety of surgical topics and has been named one of America’s Best Physicians every year since 2016 by the National Consumer Advisory Board. Dr. Miller specializes in treating a wide variety of colon and rectal diseases including colorectal cancer, anal cancer, diverticulitis, Chrohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, anal fistulas, anal condyloma, and rectal prolapse.
